The second generation of the Camaro that was built between 1970 and 1981, the design would be longer, lower and wider than the first generation and a convertible was no longer available. It was marketed as much more of a Drivers Car. This generation would experience one of the worst time for the automotive industry but the Camaro stood strong and would continue to impress. The Z28 was discontinued in 1975 but would re-emerge as Pontiacs Trans Am, the Camaro cousin would have an increase in sales. Even though the 350 Cubic Inch V8 was only rated at 185 HP, it would be the most powerful Camaro engine and only available in the Z28 model. This particular nice example has had a body on re-paint and newer interior pretty recently done. (There is a brand new decal kit that comes with the car). This really nice example is believed to have had just three owners from new and the mileage also is believed to be accurate. (Not Verified). This car starts, runs and drives very nicely with no known issues. The paint is nice, the interior is nice, the trunk and engine bay appear to be completely stock and unmolested as is the underside of the car. We welcome any questions or inspections here in our Traverse City location. This is a really nice driver quality example.
