This is a 1999, class B, Xplorer 230 XLW Van. It is on a Dodge 3500 chassis. It has the 5.9 liter motor with 70,145 miles. Located in Milaca Minnesota. It is approximately 21 feet bumper to bumper. Lots of exterior storage. Tires are Michelins, and in excellent condition, with no sidewall cracking. Inside is in great condition. This has drivers side mid bathroom with toilet/ shower combination. Front seats rotate, with center post and table attachment. Has 2 single parallel beds in back, with convertible sliding dinette, by day or center, Island nightstand by night that can be removed, and converted into a king size bed sleep area. Appliances include a microwave, 2 burner cooktop, 3-way refrigerator, furnace, water heater, that is hooked up to the heater core system of the vehicle, so that it heats water heater, and maintains while driving. Has engine, AC and house A/C. There is also an exterior shower. All appliances work as they should. This is ready for your next RV adventure.
