Vehicle sold AS IS and does not pass state inspection SANDS MARKET BASED PRICING. *** Bargain Car *** Good running and roadworthy vehicle that needs some work for state inspection. Therefore, Sands is selling it AS/IS at a much lower price that comparable vehicles in the market. Our Service department has done a 150-point check and we have a list of PA Inspection and mechanical needs. This vehicle is not eligible for a warranty of any kind.
