This Charger was just traded in and has mechanical issues, and does not meet our standards for certification. We have not performed a comprehensive inspection, but we do know the motor does not seem to want to go over 3,000 RPM. The client was driving this daily and drove it to us when traded. Bring your trailer or tow truck and invest some elbow grease.
