The 2014 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring is the top trim of Mazdas first-generation compact SUV, known for strong fuel economy, sporty handling for its class, and a more premium interior than most rivals at the time.It came with a 2.5L 4-cylinder engine producing about 184 hp paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive or optional all-wheel drive. It isnt fast, but its tuned more for smooth, confident driving than raw power.Inside the Grand Touring trim, you get most of the early luxury-lite features Mazda offered in 2014: leather seats, power drivers seat, dual-zone climate control, a power liftgate (on some packages), premium Bose audio, navigation, and a sunroof. The interior quality was a step above typical budget SUVs of that era.Fuel economy is one of its strengthsgenerally around 25 mpg city / 32 mpg highway for FWD, slightly lower with AWD.
