This plug-in hybrid hatchback boasts a smooth ride quality and an abundance of standard technology and safety features! 54 combined mpg doesn't hurt either! It won a few things! World Green Car Award The World Green Car Award is a prestigious award given to vehicles that are both eco-friendly and consumer-friendly. The Prius Prime was chosen from a list of 12 new vehicles from around the world. The award judges considered the vehicle's powertrain technology, fuel efficiency, and tailpipe emissions. The Prius Prime was the second consecutive year a Toyota model won the award. Kelley Blue Book's Electric/Hybrid Best Buy of 2017 The Prius Prime was named the Electric/Hybrid Best Buy of 2017 by Kelley Blue Book's expert editors. The Prius Prime was chosen from a list of over 300 new-car models. The award was based on a year-long assessment of almost every vehicle created in America. The Prius Prime has excellent crash test scores. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety named the Prius Prime a 2017 TOP SAFETY PICK+, the organization's highest award.
