Known Mechanical / Functional Notes
During the appraisal process, several mechanical concerns were noted. The tires show bald spots and will require attention. The transmission shifted oddly on a couple of occasions during evaluation, and seepage was observed at the transmission pan. An exhaust leak was also noted.
