The vehicle experienced hybrid system issues, including a bent pin, potential faults in the HSG harness and HPCU unit, and low hybrid coolant levels. Later, it required an engine clutch actuator replacement and underwent inspection and road testing to confirm proper operation.Kia fully resolved this matter under warranty. The issues were resolved by installing a new HSG harness, replacing the HPCU unit, refilling the hybrid coolant, performing HPCU coding, and correcting the bent pin, which eliminated all problems. Additionally, the engine clutch actuator was replaced.In the interest of customer satisfaction, Kia agreed to repurchase the vehicle. Carvision Mitsubishi has all the documentation from Kia on file.
