Under the hood, it is powered by a 2.0L I4 DOHC direct-injection turbocharged engine with eTorque technology, mated to an 8-speed automatic 850RE transmission for a responsive and efficient drive. Built to conquer trails and tough terrain, this Rubicon is equipped with the 4:1 Rock-Trac heavy-duty part-time 4WD system, Tru-Lok front and rear locking differentials, and Dana M210 wide front and Dana M220 wide rear axles. The performance suspension and front disconnecting stabilizer bar offer improved articulation and off-road capability.
