Dealer reserves the right to interpret Program terms, approve or deny claims, modify or discontinue the Program, and deny claims involving fraud, pre-existing damage, unauthorized repairs, or excessive claim activity. Program benefits include Paintless Dent Repair (up to $400), Alloy Wheel Repair (up to $400), Windshield Repair/Replacement Deductible Reimbursement (up to $500), Headlight Lens Restoration (up to $500), Key Fob Replacement (up to $800 per occurrence, one claim per year), and Roadside Assistance benefits including towing, flat tire assistance, jump-starts, and lockout assistance, subject to occurrence limits and exclusions. The Program does not cover routine maintenance, cosmetic cleaning, collision damage, vandalism, commercial vehicles, or repairs performed without authorization. Dealer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including rental vehicles, lost income, diminished value, lodging, or transportation expenses. The maximum aggregate Program benefit is $6,500 per vehicle. Texas law governs this Program, with exclusive venue in Dallas County, Texas. By requesting benefits, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
