KEY POINTS ABOUT THIS Atlas
The VW Atlas was first introduced in 2018 and represented Volkswagen's first attempt at a 3-row SUV and was praised immediately for its design and utility. In total, there were 8 separate trims available for the 2021 model year, combining and mixing features that met just about everyone's wants and needs. This Atlas is powered by the upgraded 3.6L V6 engine which has 276 HP from the factory. Paired to an 8-speed automatic, it offers up to 276 HP with an EPA estimate of up to 23 MPG on the highway. The exterior is clean and completely free of any damage. Driving around is safe and comfortable with all four tires having good remaining tread depth with even wear. The cabin offers seating for up to 6 passengers thanks to the second-row captain's chairs. For cargo, it all starts with just under 21 cu-ft. of room behind the 3rd row that can be expanded up to 96.8 cu-ft. of cargo room with the rear two rows folded down. The SEL R-Line was the 6th of 8 separate trims offered in 2021. The R-Line dresses up the Atlas with Dark Gray Wheels, restyled bumpers & lower door trim, plus sporty interior accents. Otherwise, it relies on the standard features of the base SEL trim with features like a hands-free tailgate, remote engine start, a household-style power outlet and more.
