Sitting atop the Tahoe lineup (just below the HighCountry), the Premier brings premium finishes and enhanced performance to a vehicle already wellsuited for families, towing, and long road journeys.Under the hood youll find a 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 with variable valve timing and cylinder deactivation, paired with a 10speed automatic transmission, offering strong torque and respectable (for its class) fuel economy. Chevrolet On select builds, a more powerful 6.2L V8 is optional, delivering nearly 420hp. On the road, the Premier is equipped with Magnetic Ride Control suspension, which helps deliver a notably smoother and more composed ride compared with many large SUVs. On the inside the Premier stands out with luxurious touches: standard perforated leather seating, heated front and rear seats, a heated steering wheel, handsfree power liftgate, premium 20 polished wheels, and chrome exterior trim make it feel upscale without being ostentatious.
