You can charge the LYRIQ at home using a 120- or 240-volt outlet or in public at a charging station. The LYRIQ features a charge port on the driver's side of the vehicle, between the front wheel arch and door. Simply press on the Cadillac crest in the upper right corner of the port to open it, and then plug-in the charge cord to begin charging. An LED light at the base of the windshield will blink to indicate that charging is in progress. You can monitor the state of charge on the infotainment display. The charging time of the LYRIQ depends on the method used. The LYRIQ can recoup up to 76 miles of range in just 10 minutes when plugged into a DC Fast-Charging station (Level 3). A 240-volt outlet or a Level 2 public charging station can fully charge the battery in anywhere from 7 to 14 hours, depending on the power supply. A typical 120-volt household outlet (Level 1) can add a few miles of range per hour, which is handy for use in a pinch, but it's not practical long term. With its odometer now hovering around the 25,903 mark, it is STILL COVERED under the balance of the factory BUMPER-TO-BUMPER warranty until March 2027 or 50,000 miles (whichever occurs first)! Additionally, the engine, transmission and drive axles are STILL COVERED under the balance of the factory powertrain warranty until 2031 or 70,000 miles!
