A Surcharge of $1.00 per mile will be calculated up to 300 miles driven.The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered in. A 10% restocking fee will be calculated from the total purchase price. All non-cancelable items and all fees incurred by third party contracts will be paid by the customer in addition to the restocking fee. The 10% restocking fee non-cancelable items any third-party fees and mileage surcharge will be deducted from the amount of the down payment. If the total of the charges is more than the down payment the customer must bring the balance due in cash or a cashiers check payable to the Dealer at the time of the return of the vehicle and a mutual release will be signed.
