Powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four engine delivering 221 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque, it incorporates a mild-hybrid system that adds an extra 13 horsepower during acceleration and enables engine-off coasting to enhance fuel efficiency. Paired with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, the CLA 250 accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in approximately 6.3 seconds. Front-wheel drive is standard, while the 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system is available for improved traction. The front-wheel-drive model achieves an EPA-estimated fuel economy of 26 mpg city, 36 mpg highway, and 30 mpg combined. Inside, the CLA 250 offers a high-tech cabin featuring a digital instrument cluster, the MBUX infotainment system with voice control, and ambient lighting. Standard safety features include automatic emergency braking and blind-spot assist.
