Tim was instrumental in getting to what we were looking for and assigned Tyler Clagett to finding the right vehicle. On his 2nd effort, he found it. The deal was great and the vehicle is very sharp. The rest was simply closing process which was handled very well by Tom Ousley. My wife & I love the vehicle and really want to give high regard to Tim for his leadership and special appreciation to Tyler who did everything to make us happy campers. Speaking of special props, I also want to say that the primary reason we came to Jenkins to trade our 2020 Santa Fe for a new one was the prior four years of excellent service by Courtney Winters....she has been my go-to tech for service and is just great.
