From initial visit to delivery, this was probably the most pleasant and enjoyable car- buying experience I have ever had. 1) There is enough inventory at this dealership to help you make informed decisions on the myriad of options available for a custom order (colors, wheel finish, rear axle steering, etc) 2) Jesse and Ryan provided insightful recommendations on options and I never once felt like I was being "upsold" on something. 3) I never felt rushed or pressured throughout the process. 4) Jesse was great at texting updates as my car was being built. This was very meaningful and really added to the experience. 5) The actual delivery day was an experience I'll never forget. Lots of thoughtful small touches that make a big impression. I don't want to ruin the surprise for others hence I'm deliberately vague here. Thank you for this Jesse! 6) I have 2 other Porsche dealerships much closer to me. I always research car purchases extensively before visiting the dealership and usually I know the details of the car better than the salesperson. This was not the case with Randal - he knows these cars inside and out, took the time to explain every feature during delivery. The price on my CPO Macan was less than similarly optioned models at other dealers and they gave me a very fair value for my trade. Randal has been meticulous in his follow up after the sale as well - today he helped me set up Porsche Connect on my phone. I look forward to returning to Porsche of the Main Line next time I’m in the market for a new car. Read More Read Less

It’s rare that I will write a review about a business, but I feel I must talk about my unusual and extremely positive experience with Main Line Porsche, my salesman Randal Boyer, and the Sales manager Ryan Kerschner. I had previously owned a Porsche 911, bought from a different dealer. When it came time to trade up, a colleague had previously bought from, and recommended Main Line Porsche, and the salesman Ryan Kerschner. They offered a competitive price and I ordered a custom made car in December, putting down a non refundable deposit, with the car to be delivered in April. The entire buying process with Ryan was simple, straightforward, professional and respectful. Truly the car of my dreams. Then, in late March, I was laid off when the pandemic hit. Truly unimaginable. I needed the cash to live, and was forced to cancel the order. Despite no obligation to do so, because to the extraordinary extenuating circumstances, the sales manager Ryan Kerschner worked with me regarding the deposit, and I am extremely grateful. I hope to buy several more Porsches before I’m done, and this will be the only dealership that I would consider. Really professional and a class act all around. Highest possible recommendation!
