Inside Sales Representative(s)
Our Inside Sales Representatives will work out of our Waltham office and perform phone-based inside sales activities to grow and develop their assigned multi-state territory. They will be responsible for generating opportunities and prospecting both cold and warm accounts to close new business in their territory.
Our ideal candidate will have at least two years of progressively more responsible B2B sales work experience and is ready to get to their next level - candidates who have sold software, advertising, digital marketing services and/or have some knowledge of the automotive industry are ideal.
This is hunter sales job but it is not your everyday sales job. It is an opportunity to join a growing company that is profitable, and to work with a dynamic group of people who thrive in a self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
Reporting to the VP of IT, the position includes the full scope of web development work that includes responsibility for implementing new features for our current website, helping to build out new products and services for the company, and sharing the maintenance and bug fixing responsibilities with the team. Multiple positions based on level of experience. This position is based in Waltham, MA
Customer Service Representative(s)
In this role you will be responsible for directly responding to customer inquiries, partnering with sales to help trouble shoot customer issues and facilitate training demonstrations on product features and tools. Additionally, you will maintain and track customer information in our CRM system. Our ideal candidate will be a good conversationalist and have several years of related customer service work experience; knowledge of CRM systems and/or SalesForce is also highly desirable. This position is located in Waltham, MA
Dealer Service Advisor(s)
In this role you will maximize customer satisfaction and retention opportunities thru existing account analysis, proactive phone and email communication, and documenting/reporting account trends and activity. This includes maintaining a high level of regular customer contact at various touch points in an effort to increase client satisfaction and integration of our software program.
Our ideal candidate will be someone who has a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers as gained through progressively more responsible customer service experience that includes retention, offsetting cancellations and/or inside sales lead generation activities. Additionally, candidates must be comfortable with proactively calling existing customers to help them optimize our software solutions thru product education and training.
This is not a direct “hunter” sales job, but someone who has the sales “gatherer” mentality and the ability to champion high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty as we continue to expand. This position is located in Waltham, MA
