DealerRater also engages car dealerships, through its active certification program, to interact with the DealerRater web site user base and work to resolve any customer service issues.

Our RAMs are assigned a regional territory that they will develop and grow utilizing their proven skills in prospecting and developing new business. While we’ll expect you to be a hunter in securing new business in your region, we also expect you to perform account management activities and cultivate strong on-going relationships with the auto dealerships to optimize any additional sales opportunities.

Our ideal candidate will have three to five years of successful selling experience and has worked in the automotive industry --- candidates who have actually used our products / services would be ideal. We would also consider candidates who have advertising sales and/or related software sales experience and strong related knowledge and/or interest in the automotive industry. These positions will work remotely out of a home office.

Our Customer Service Account Manager’s provide a high level of post sales and sales service support to our customers. This includes setting up new accounts for customers and responding to customer inquiries by phone and/or e-mail. This is not a call center job, but requires someone who is interested in building customer relationships and loyalty as we continue to expand. It is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is a recent graduate, re-entering the work-force or is trying to transition from either a retail and/or hospitality environment to a business environment and has some general customer service experience. These positions are based in Waltham, MA.

As a Content Moderator you will be responsible for reading and analyzing reviews written by consumers ensuring the integrity of the review content written. The position requires excellent verbal and written English skills as well as a high level of attention to detail and concentration to review 400 consumer reviews each day. This position is great for someone who has one to two years of general work experience and/or is seeking a part-time opportunity. It would also be the perfect opportunity for an on-boarding mom. These positions can work from a remote home office but candidates must be able to commit to 20 hours per week.
