Inside Sales Representative(s)
Our Inside Sales Representatives will work out of our Waltham office and perform phone-based inside sales activities to grow and develop their assigned multi-state territory. They will be responsible for generating opportunities and prospecting both cold and warm accounts to close new business in their territory.
Our ideal candidate will have at least two years of progressively more responsible B2B sales work experience and is ready to get to their next level - candidates who have sold software, advertising, digital marketing services and/or have some knowledge of the automotive industry are ideal.

User Interface Developer
User Interface Designer
This position will play a key role in developing and executing online creative, mixing business and user goals to create awesome online experiences for our users. Reporting to our Product Director, candidates should have deep knowledge of UI best practices, design tools and audience trends across devices and browsers. Mobile experience a huge plus! This position is located in Waltham, MA.
Reporting to the Controller, you will perform general ledger and day-to -day-accounting functions including billing, A/R, A/P, tax filings, balance sheet reconciliations and leading audits. Candidates should have five years of progressively more responsible accounting experience.
Customer Service Representative(s)
In this role you will provide a high level of post sales and service support to our customers to ensure they make a smooth and seamless introduction into the DealerRater program. This will include setting up and customizing new accounts, responding to customer inquiries related to the functions of our program by phone or e-mail and importing client data for setup activity.
Our ideal candidate could be someone who has recently graduated college (two or four year) and has some customer facing work experience or someone who is trying to transition from either a retail and/or hospitality environment to an office setting and knows what it means to provide quality customer service. This position is located in Waltham, MA.
