These are entry-level positions working in our Client Services department in our Waltham, MA office. We generally look for candidates who have some general customer service experience either from working in a retail or hospitality environment or from gaining experience in a customer facing type of office job. Our ideal candidates have a passion for working with customers, have a strong sense of pace and urgency and understand and can practice “The Golden Rule” of customer service. Specific jobs at DealerRater include:
Implementation Specialist. As an Implementation Specialist, you'll provide a high level of post sales and service to support our new customers. This includes setting up new accounts for customers and ensuring that they are well versed in our website tools and features so they can immediately get started using our Dealerrater.com site.
Customer Service Ninja. In this position you'll respond to customer inquiries and issues through inbound calls and email and work to resolve all customer issues in a timely manner. You'll also be responsible for advising customers on our product features and best practices and ensuring all customer information is accurately reflected in our computer systems. Candidates who apply to this positon should have demonstrated ability to calmly and effectively deal with customer issues and also have strong knowledge of MS Office and social media tools.
Dealer Experience Account Representative. In this role you will maximize customer satisfaction and retention opportunities thru existing account analysis, proactive phone and email communication, and documenting/reporting account trends and activity. This includes maintaining a high level of regular customer contact at various touch points in an effort to increase client satisfaction and integration of our software program. Candidates must be comfortable with proactively calling existing customers to help them optimize our software solutions thru product education and training.
Our Regional Account Managers perform full life-cycle inside sales activities to grow and develop their assigned multi-state territory. This includes generating opportunities by prospecting both cold and warm accounts and demonstrating our website tools and functionality to prospective customers to secure and close business. Our ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of progressively more responsible B2B inside sales experience and is ready to get to their next level - candidates who have sold software, advertising, digital marketing services and/or have some knowledge of the automotive industry, SEO/SEM and big data are ideal. This is hunter sales job but it is not your everyday sales job. We are constantly looking to grow our development team and are always looking for strong developers who have a solid understanding for .NET, ASP and C# technologies. This positions report directly to the VP of IT in our Waltham office, and include the full-life-cycle of web development work. This includes responsibility for implementing new features for our current website, helping to build out new products and services for the company, and sharing the maintenance and bug fixing responsibilities with the team.
Web Developer Internship
We look to bring in student interns to help support our development team. These positions include development work in a ASP .NET / C# / VB .NET environment and will include bug fixes and assisting with implementing new features for our website. Knowledge of SQL server databases is highly desirable, but willing to train. A flexible student schedule is available.
