Sales Trainee / Account Manager (multiple positions on-going hires)
These are brand new positions created because of our growth. In this entry-level role, you’ll start by learning our products and services by calling on our current customers to strengthen and maintain good customer relationships and increase customer loyalty. Once you’ve learned the “ropes” and feel ready to build your own book of business, you’ll be assigned a sales territory where you’ll be responsible for generating sales activities by prospecting both warm and cold accounts to close new business in your assigned multi-state territory. These positions require a high level of self-motivation, resiliency and tenacity to succeed. Located in our Waltham office, the ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of customer facing experience and a hunter sales mentality.
Inside Sales Representative(s) (multiple positions next training Fall 2014)
Our Inside Sales Representatives will work out of our Waltham office and perform phone-based inside sales activities to grow and develop their assigned multi-state territory. They will be responsible for generating opportunities and prospecting both cold and warm accounts to close new business in their territory. Our ideal candidates will have at least two years of progressively more responsible B2B sales work experience and is ready to get to their next level - candidates who have sold software, advertising, digital marketing services and/or have some knowledge of the automotive industry are ideal. This is hunter sales job but it is not your everyday sales job. It is an opportunity to join a growing company that is profitable, and to work with a dynamic group of people who thrive in a self-directed entrepreneurial environment.

Client Services / Implementation Specialist(s) (Entry Level)
Our Client Services Implementation Specialists provide a high level of post sales and service support to our customers. This includes setting up new accounts for customers and responding to customer inquiries by phone and/or e-mail. This is not a call center job, but requires someone who is interested in building customer relationships and loyalty as we continue to expand. These jobs are excellent entry-level opportunities for recent graduates, someone re-entering the work-force or someone who is trying to transition from either a retail and/or hospitality environment to a business environment and has some general customer service experience. These positions are based in Waltham, MA and opportunities come up quickly due to growth and internal advancements.
These positions includes the full scope of web development work that includes responsibility for implementing new features for our current website, helping to build out new products and services for the company, and sharing the maintenance and bug fixing responsibilities with the team. These positions are based in Waltham, MA and require eligibility to work in the U.S.A. (we will not support visa sponsorships at this time).
