Purchased a 2020 Colorado on April 26th 2025. Two days later the transmission started to shift jerking motion. Call the dealer and was told since I didn't purchase a warranty I was "on my own". T Two days later the transmission started to shift jerking motion. Call the dealer and was told since I didn't purchase a warranty I was "on my own". The DEALER WARRANTY attachment paper on the window said "dealer will pay 100%of the labor and 100%of the parts for covered systems and then in really small print it says "Maryland State Inspection Items Only"(in very small print) I drove the vehicle less than 200 miles before the problem with the transmission started. A reputable dealer would have had me bring the vehicle in, diagnosis the problem and offered some type of resolution to the problem. I have purchased eight automobiles from the Ourisman family of dealerships since 1970, when straight out of high I purchased a brand new SS396 Chevelle. Needless to say Ourisman had lost a life long customer and cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. TAKE YOUR CAR BUYING DOLLARS ELSEWHERE !!!!!!! More
