My vehicle died unexpectedly at a light, so I had it towed to the dealership after hours. The following morning, I received a text saying it was scheduled for service at 8:40 AM. I later found out that was just a check-in time, not when it would actually be looked at. What followed was two weeks of abysmal communication and frustration. For days, I had to practically beg my service advisor for any update. He consistently told me no technician had been assigned yet. On several occasions, he promised to follow up by the end of the day and never did. It took a full week—and me pushing for a loaner vehicle—just to find out what was wrong with my car. When I finally picked up my vehicle two weeks later, the negligence continued. I opened the back seat to find the front passenger seat shoved against the dashboard and my battery completely exposed, with the cover left lying on the floor. Returning a vehicle in that condition made me question whether the repair was even done correctly or safely, and I had zero confidence driving it off the lot. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Customer communication and basic quality control need serious improvement. Between the non-existent updates and sloppy work, I have zero confidence in this service department. I hope management takes customer care and final inspections more seriously moving forward. More
