This visit was a rip-off. They took advantage of my situation and literally I spent thousands of dollars. After this visit, I got it inspected from a third party and their recommendation was you don’t need that replaced. Quite disappointing to see your dealership taking your loyal customer for a ride. Their finance process is absurd. It took me four hours to pick up my lease. It took me 3.5 hours to buy that lease and it would have taken much longer had I not spoken up.
