My Review of 138 Auto Mall:
Let me start off by saying that dealing with 138 Automall is probably the worse experience I've had buying just about anything. Especially a vehicle.

I can't speak for the whole company but the salesman I dealt with had little to no knowledge of the car I was looking to get (I know this because I knew the vehicle very well). He never returned my calls, if he told you he would get back to you in about 5 mins expect a phone call in no less than 2 hours with not so promising news.

He ducked and dodged me for days until I got a hold of a manager after calling for 4 days straight and he apologized for not following up in a timely manner and would see to it I walked out a happy customer with the car I wanted at a reasonable price. He kept his word and now it was up to me to get my insurance squared away.

This was on a Fri. come Mon. I call and ask for this salesman again.. and to my delight I'm told I'll be called back. When he eventually does I'm THEN told the car Isn't ready yet... despite the fact I've paid for it and have completed my insurance and now waiting on them after making two trips their (total of 100 miles, 50 miles back and forth each time) and I still haven't even TEST DRIVEN the car.

The things I was put through to get this are just too much to list. I can only say if you expect someone who will followup with you and make sure you're satisfied with both cust service and your vehicle this isn't the place. They have some great deals but their (used) cars lack any type of selling representation and they have monkeys on the floor selling their vehicles.

My Review of 138 Auto Mall:
I was quite happy with my experience there, very friendly and helpful. They helped me with a 300 Limited that I bought that was priced 6000 less than other dealers!! I can't understand why people don't read the ad before they drive 30 minutes to buy a car...I guess they are just stupid!! I am happy with the detailing of the vehicle and the fact that the filled it up for me!!! I had been looking for 2 weeks and just glad I met all the great people at the 138 Automall!!
Thank you Zap for going the extra mile to sell me a car!!! Would recommend to everyone...just ask for Zap!

Thank you
One happy customer!!

My Review of 138 Auto Mall:
I called this dealership due to an ad I had seen on autotrader.com website listing a vehicle I was interested in at $13,7K and change - very prominently displayed on the website. I called ahead to the dealership to make sure it was still available and confirmed the price. I drove 50+ miles (100 round trip!) to test drive the vehicle that had dirty driver & passenger seats, unwashed vehicle, wipers needed replacing, radio buttons worn out, etc. I took it for a short test drive and went into the office. I sat down with a new sales person who very quickly went to see his manager who wrote $17,7 K on his paper and returned to me. When I asked what happened to the $13k price he informed me of the extremely small print that price includes 30% down cash or trade (silly me). I was so furious that I could only get the following words out "That's not a very good way to run your business!" and I walked out. I would not consider such a practice something that a reputable dealer would do.
