As most people know going to buy or even just shop around for a car can be a real pain because dealing with a car salesman have a bad reputation. It's as if they can smell you coming and like sharks they swa for a car can be a real pain because dealing with a car salesman have a bad reputation. It's as if they can smell you coming and like sharks they swarm around you which causes pressure and stress. My husband recently had an accident and our car was totaled, that was stressful enough but now we had the unpleasant task of having to TRY to find a car that we could afford without feeling pressured from the "Salesman". When we arrived at the dealership we sat in the car for a few moments to discuss our strategy and were planning on playing "good cop, bad cop". As soon as we got out of the car we were greeted by a gentleman named Joe, already he had a very pleasant demeanor. He was patient as we explained what we were looking for and didn't pressure us AT ALL! We explained we were strapped financially and he never tried to push us into a car we couldn't afford. He made sure he didn't tell us that if he couldn't give us an answer to our question he would find out and not tell us something just to make it sound better. He made us feel as though we were doing business with a friend who truly cared about our situation and was trying to do everything he could to meet our needs. I really hope you can realize and appreciate the type of employee you have. If all of your customers are treated the way we were you will not just be selling cars but you will be building relationships which is very important if you want repeat customers or referrala. We will definitley be referring our friends and family, not just to your dealership but to Joe specifically. Thank you so much for making a bad situation into a very pleasant one. Thank you also to Joon for his help in this matter, he too was very pleasant and friendly. I believe having good employees says alot about the manager and you deserve a lot of credit Kim for making sure you have people who care enough to listen and help instead of just trying to sell cars and make a buck. The salesman, Bill was very nice and a very smart man. He helped us select which car was for us very quickly and without too much pressure. When we got into the finance part of the deal is when we met our good "friend" Joe. He was a classic car salesman. He was trying to find as many ways to rip us off as possible. It was after 7 at night and the bank was closed but MAGICALLY he told us that we were turned down by nissans bank, of course he tried to sell us on a used car (more profit in used for them). We went along to make them feel like they were getting somewhere. He was rude, arrogant, and worst of all reached out and touched me (took a bleach shower to get the slime off). Don't go to this place unless you want to be ripped off while they have a smile on their faces. More

Do to the exceptional manufaturing they have only needed to do maintance work so far,however it is done right the first time and on time. More
