At 777 Nissan, we strive to treat every guest with transparency and respect. We understand how frustrating it can be when timing, approvals, and availability don’t align during the purchase process. While we cannot hold vehicles without secured funding or a signed purchase agreement, this policy is in place to be fair and consistent to all customers especially on high-demand pre-owned vehicles. Regarding pricing, our online inventory updates automatically based on market conditions and third-party pricing tools. This can sometimes result in price changes after a customer’s visit, but it is not done to target or pressure any individual customer. The price you were provided in-store reflected the information available at that time, and we apologize if the subsequent online adjustment created confusion. We also want to clarify that our team’s intention in offering in-house financing was simply to present all available options, not to override your preference or approval with your credit union. We’re sorry if this came across as pressure that is never the experience we aim to create. We value your background in the automotive industry and respect your perspective.
