Misleading, misrepresenting and dishonest. Buyer beware!!! Think twice before ever dealing with this dealership. There are plenty other honest dealerships in town. Choose a different one. On Wednesday, November 12th at approximately 11:15 AM, I visited 777 Nissan to inquire about a vehicle. I walked in without an appointment and had not spoken with any sales rep beforehand. Kobe approached m visited 777 Nissan to inquire about a vehicle. I walked in without an appointment and had not spoken with any sales rep beforehand. Kobe approached me, introduced himself, and collected the necessary information before we test drove a 2016 Maserati Ghibli S. After the test drive, I asked for numbers. Kobe brought in his manager (David) and we negotiated the price down to $16,482 for the vehicle and an out the door price of $18,999.29. I immediately told them, “I want it. Let’s do it. I already have an approval with my credit union I just need to send them the vehicle purchase agreement.” My credit union is out of state, but they told me funding takes 24 - 48 hours, and they could overnight a check or send a wire. The moment I mentioned that, the pressure started. Instead of simply honoring my deal, they repeatedly pushed me to let them run my credit so they could finance me with one of their banks despite the fact that I already had a better approval with a great interest rate. I politely asked if they could put a sold sticker on the vehicle and move it to the back for 48 hours until the check arrived. They refused. I then offered to put $500–$1,000 down to hold the vehicle, and they could release the hold as soon as they received the check. They still said no. I told them my credit union would be sending everything Thursday and they should receive it Friday. Their response: “Okay, but we can’t guarantee the vehicle will still be here.” Fast forward 24 hours later it’s Thursday at 12:20 PM, I texted Kobe to let him know my credit union approved everything and would be giving me a tracking number within a couple hours. He responded and then 40 minutes later told me someone else was suddenly interested and wanted to buy the vehicle that same day. I found this extremely suspicious, so I checked their website. Since the moment I left the dealership, the vehicle had been discounted by about $1,000, and roughly $500 less than the price we agreed on meaning they intentionally marked it down to attract another buyer fast. This dealership claims to be a “low upfront cost store” that always gives the best price, yet the purchase agreement I have says $16,482, while their website suddenly shows $15,973. This is super shady behavior. ( someone is going to try to reply to this and say “ our internet price is always our best price”. Again I didn’t just drive by and see the vehicle I seen this car on their website and on CarGurus and the vehicle was not listed at $15,973 on Wednesday before I came in) This is coming from someone who’s been in the automotive industry, working at a luxury Infiniti dealership in Dallas Texas and later at Infiniti of Las Vegas. From experience as both a salesman and a consumer I can say confidently: I would not work with this dealership. Go to any other Nissan dealership in town this one operates in a dirty and deceptive way. screenshots are attached on Google review so potential customers can see exactly how this played out. More
November 12, 2025 - Update: After I filed a complaint, this is the exact response I received from the General Manager: “Perfect! So what we're hearing is this definitely happened at Findlay, and not he this is the exact response I received from the General Manager: “Perfect! So what we're hearing is this definitely happened at Findlay, and not here… Without admitting guilt we are going to give you the fan shroud part, and you're going to take it elsewhere… and promise never to return to our establishment. Sound like a good deal to you.” This was not only unprofessional—it was retaliatory. A dealership GM should never demand a customer “promise never to return” in exchange for a repair part, especially when the damage appeared immediately after their service. I’ve escalated this to Nissan Consumer Affairs and filed with the BBB. Original Review Warning: Unprofessional Service and Possible Malicious Damage at 777 Nissan I recently brought my 2019 Nissan Frontier SV Crew Cab to 777 Nissan for a routine oil change, and it turned into a frustrating experience that left me questioning the integrity of their service. The day after the oil change, I noticed a rattling noise that wasn't consistent but became more noticeable over the next couple of weeks. Concerned, I took my truck back to 777 Nissan on Thursday afternoon, October 23rd, when the rattling worsened. I was promised a call back by 10 AM the next day but never received one. After calling to follow up, I was sent a text with a link to check the status of my vehicle. The recommendations were: Replace the blower motor ($375) Replace the lower fan shroud ($984.66) Here's where things went off track: The blower motor was already replaced at Findlay Nissan Henderson, and I had been told that the noise at the highest fan setting was "normal." The fan shroud had a clean, straight-edged cut, not wear and tear. There was no evidence of impact damage, like from rocks or road debris. It was clearly cut by something sharp, which I documented with pictures. To give some context, this was my first time using 777 Nissan for service. All my previous service was done at Findlay Nissan Henderson, and my truck had been in perfect condition until now. When I explained that the blower motor had already been replaced and that the fan shroud was clearly cut, the service rep tried to suggest it was just "normal wear and tear." But my truck is only six years old, a daily driver, and never off-road. When I showed him the photos, he agreed the damage didn't look like wear, but more like something had intentionally cut the plastic. He even said, "I have my own suspicions," which raised even more red flags for me. At this point, I was not going to pay for a new blower motor (which was practically new) or nearly $1,000 to replace a part that was obviously damaged during the oil change. I was told the fan shroud could be left out without causing engine damage, as long as the truck doesn't overheat. I left without the fan shroud, but I'm upset that something seemingly malicious occurred during a routine service. I'm sharing this experience in hopes that others don't have to deal with the same. I have pictures of the damaged fan shroud and am happy to provide them if requested. Bottom line: Beware when taking your vehicle here. I'm taking this matter further to hold those responsible accountable. More
