After checking in, another gentlemen behind me checked in without an appointment (I had one). The service person told him it would be about an hour and a half because he didn’t have an appointment. After I waited for an hour and a half, for an oil change I noticed his truck being pulled up before mine, shortly after mine was pulled up. This gentlemen was helped immediately and cashed out. After me wait for an additional 30 minutes for someone to come get me (I watched 3 others get helped who arrived after me get cashed out) I went and asked the service guy at the desk if I could cash out. His reply was snarky and rude and told me that “he’s the only one here”. Which was completely uncalled for. I was just inquiring about my long wait with my car literally sitting at the service window for over 30 minutes now. More
