I really wanted to like this place so I can just come here to do service going forward since it’s so close to my house. However, even though the facility is clean and nice, just an oil change took 2 hour here to do service going forward since it’s so close to my house. However, even though the facility is clean and nice, just an oil change took 2 hours…. Also has a bit of hidden fees like “shop supplies” fee, the heck is that? Is it for the water and coffee they serve? Lastly, for some reason the person wiped everyone’s cars besides mine after they did car wash. Overall, not impressed which is unfortunate. Also want to make it clear that Panda was great, don’t think it’s her fault the oil change took so long. More
