Yes, service department has dropped the ball I have been a customer at this location for the last 15 years purchasing 3 vehicles only having my vehicl Yes, service department has dropped the ball I have been a customer at this location for the last 15 years purchasing 3 vehicles only having my vehicle serviced at this service location. I've went to this location on 3 different occasions maybe 4 to get my window fixed and each time I was giving an excuse to come in on the weekend during the week and come in during the week on the weekend, so if you look at my service record for my vehicle you will see that I came in on 3 different occasions for that reason and I went in yesterday to get it done and was told that my warranty expired it has expired on something in which I tried to get done a year ago.. Yesterday was my last day at Nissan if the people that run your service department want to take long-time customers as a joke and think things are funny I'll take my business elsewhere, my family and friends love Nissan you have a great product but you just don't have good people working in your service department. I work in the service industry, sorry but service is what you sale dissatisfaction is a failure, Thank you Nissan for a wonderful product . More

Once they found there was a nail in one of my tires letting air out, the I have brought my car in twice for a maintenance check and it was done good. Once they found there was a nail in one of my tires letting air out, they fixed it and everything was fine. I can always feel how much smoother the car drives after they check it. More
