This dealership is extremely unprofessional and lairs. I went to inquire about a 2019 Lexus GX 460, upon arrival Omar (salesman) acted like he couldn't find the keys. I left, and a few days later Pa I went to inquire about a 2019 Lexus GX 460, upon arrival Omar (salesman) acted like he couldn't find the keys. I left, and a few days later Patrick (sales manger) calls me to tell me they located keys. I headed back up there inspected and test drove the vehicle. I made an offer, which they accepted. I went through finance and sign all paperwork. The deal was completed at night, so I was waiting for the wire transfer to be completed. The next day, before the wire transfer could be completed, I was called by Marko (salesman) and told that they sold the vehicle. Now here is the kicker, I had put down $1,000 to hold the vehicle while we waited for the wire transfer to be processed. They all had the same excuse of another sales manager had sold the vehicle without them knowing. This was a complete lie, this dealership handles high-end cars upwards of one million dollars. Their tracking and processing has to be on point. I made my way back to the dealership to collect my refund for my deposit, which I recieved no problem. I also spoke with the GM Zack, this guy is an idiot and unprofessional. He lacks integrity and it shows through his employees. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!!! More
