Absolute SCAM of a dealership. I dealt directly with General Manager Chip while out of state, completed literally everything short of a finance app, and even put down a deposit. I sent clear photos of my truck, had every detail sorted, and was told word for word: “Unless your vehicle or mine get hit by a train or a catastrophe happens, this deal will be done upon arrival.” After driving four hours one way and wasting four hours of my life at their lot, they tried to lowball me $3,500 less than agreed, and if it wasn’t for Robert Young (who wasn’t even my salesman) fighting for me, it would’ve been $6,500 less. The nerve of these people is unreal. Chip has supposedly been there 20+ years, which means he didn’t “accidentally” screw me over, he knew exactly what he was doing. No accountability, no integrity, just deception wrapped in fake professionalism. This place shouldn’t just lose customers it should lose its license. Save yourself the drive, the stress, and the scam. More

I was told in exact words "unless your vehicle or mine get hit by a train or a catastrophe happens, this deal will be done upon arrival". It was not done. They offered me $3500 less than what was agreed on after Robert Young, who wasn't even my salesman, fought for me to not be offered $6500 less! 4 hours of my time and a 4 hour drive one way just to be told this. Supposedly Chip has been here 20+ years so he was fully aware of what he was doing and the fact that this happened with 0 accountability is insane. More
