I do not recommend purchasing from this dealership. I came to the dealership because my aunt purchased her Maserati here and I thought it was a good place to purchase ours. They literally waisted our time with the initial purchase. We were approved and agreed to the terms and took the vehicle home. Even though they said they do an inspection on their vehicles, it's a complete LIE! I took our Maserati SUV to the Ferrari Maserati dealer of Atlanta to have some warranty and recall work done on it. The advised us that all the drive belts needed replacing. I contacted ALM and after a few hours of back and forth, they agreed to cover $500 of the $600 repair bill. I paid the bill and went on my way. After a week of having the vehicle and doing repairs that should had already been done prior to purchasing. We get a call stating the bank wants another $4500 additional down payment. I kindly decline and requested my traded vehicle back along with the $100, plus the $80 I paid for the front windows to be tinted. They assure me I would get that back and it never happened! I have been playing phone tag for two weeks not with Matthew the manager and all I get is excuses and broken promises. I informed them at the time of purchase that I am a previous car salesman of 10 years myself! Therefore, I am of aware of the way to conduct business properly and in a timely matter. Now, I am forced to file smalls claim case against the dealership. I have plenty of text messages to support my case and a good family attorney on hand that handles these types of situations. The are going to allow a $180 refund cost them much more in the long run. This could had simply been resolved but they choose to treat me as an incompetent buyer, and I am far from that. I guess they will find out in court/ or arbitration that I am not like some uneducated buyers. More

Before finalizing the deal, I made it very clear that I was only moving forward if the vehicle came with a working charger. Well, I got the car — but the charger doesn’t work at all. That’s bad enough, but what’s worse is how everything was handled after. I tried reaching out multiple times — called at least 4 or 5 times — just to speak with a manager. No response. When I finally got through to Nubian M. Holmes, who is apparently the Sales Manager, I was completely shocked by how rude and unprofessional he was. Instead of trying to help or even just listen, he brushed off the situation, offered no solutions, and actually told me: “If you’re not happy, just bring the car back. We’ll be waiting.” Who says that to a customer? It wasn’t just dismissive — it was disrespectful. No accountability, no effort to make it right. Just pure ego and attitude. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Let me be clear: this isn’t about the car. It’s about how they treat people after they get your money. That’s when the mask comes off. And if this is the kind of leadership they have running the place, it explains a lot. The sales team might seem helpful at first, but once the papers are signed, you’re on your own. No one will care.
