I've gone to Kia Union City; for them to replace all of my car door handles. After a few hours, the job was done however none of the door keys worked. I should have examined the installation before paying, my car door handles. After a few hours, the job was done however none of the door keys worked. I should have examined the installation before paying, because I was told that there is no warranty on the job. I thought Kia always warranty their work. I then questioned the competence of the mechanics on who would install door handles without the door key working. I was then told, "I paid for them to put it on". I felt the staff beginning to stonewall me into the premises of nothing else they can do. I stated, I need my money back or this job has to be redone. Again they said there nothing else they can do. I left with thoughts on my mind NEVER TO BUY A CAR OR EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!! I felt disgusted. More
