The service agent was efficient and promised my vehicle at a set time and delivered. I was satisfied with the results. My sales person was very knowledgeable, but I felt like I was being scammed during the buying process. Ultimately they honored the pricing I had. I would not purchase from this dealership again. I do believe there is something to be said about appearance and the inside of building looks like at any point is will fall apart, desks, chairs, ceiling tile, etc. looked very old, dingy, not a welcoming atmosphere as far as aesthetics. Finance manager was an xxxxxxx to deal with. Would not accept a business check as a down payment because owner's name was not on it. xxx! Business check does not have a person's name? Wants to have a certified check. How about the fee I had to pay. 3% fee for credit card use? I never had a dealer who charged any fee on credit card use.
