First off Bellande was very nice and if I could give separate star reviews (one for him and one for the dealer) I would give him a 5. We spent over 3 hours there and when they brought out the options, t separate star reviews (one for him and one for the dealer) I would give him a 5. We spent over 3 hours there and when they brought out the options, they would not take off the extras. it was 3k worth of extras like paint and dent protection etc.. They discounted them but still paid 2k in extras I DID NOT WANT. after 3 hours, I found out that my bank would give me a better rate so I left the dealer and came back the next day. I let them know I was on the way and when I arrived at 10:20am I sat there in a chair for 2 hours before I was even seen by the finance office. I had the check in hand and still just waiting. Meanwhile I kept getting text from the GM asking how I was doing and then didn't respond back after I text twice that I had been there for a long time and still have not been helped by the finical department. I assume it was a robot text. I am still mad about the whole thing. Why do I need to sit there while managers and finance people give the sales rep the run around. Buying a car should not be a mystery for the buyer. I am a numbers person and have purchased many cars. I feel bad for the people coming in and just want a good deal and not sure what all the charges are and just pay for something that sounds like the dealer is doing them a favor but instead taking advantage of someone just trying to buy a car. If you want to charge someone all the extras and you won't take them off, TELL THEM BEFORE THEY SIT THERE FOR OVER 3 HOURS. Be upfront about the total cost!!! On day 2 they then wanted to see a binder of the insurance coverage for the new to me car. Like how am I going to add a car to my insurance that I DO NOT OWN YET. Not to mention, insurance companies give you a grace period to get your new car added, and I gave them my insurance information already and they did not finance my car. More
