We offer all of our customers the opportunity to have the used vehicle checked out. The vehicle you purchased was a used 2019 GMC, any used vehicle will have scratches in the paint or a blemish on the interior. Our policies are clearly exhibited on our web site, just to prevent issues like this from arising.

1. Your dealership photo shopped an industry picture of a vehicle! 2. Your dealership delivered a substandard product on 3/12/2024! 3. Your dealership ignored emailed, texted and phone communication attempts to cancel transaction before delivery of the product (truck)! 4. Your dealership failed to honor our repeated attempts to resolve the consumer complaint issues subsequent to inspection and rejection of your damaged and mechanically challenged vehicle! 5. Your dealership Senior Management Team provided substandard levels of sensitivity, service and post consumer care! 6. Your dealership FAILED to admit, accept responsibility and show respect for as well as desire to earn your customer’s business; and moreover, refused to refund customer money for the dissatisfied purchase! 7. Your dealership failed to honor its FIDUCIARY obligations to ALM KIA South customers! 8. My Business Philosophy has always been: THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Business Ethics Note: In the future, it would greatly benefit ALM Kia Dealership, Management, Sales Associates and most importantly; the business philosophy no doubt would benefit your Customers!
