Typically, the service at ALM Kia is wonderful! That’s why we keep coming back. Most recently, I took our vehicle in for an inspection for a recall. A couple of weeks later, I received a text t That’s why we keep coming back. Most recently, I took our vehicle in for an inspection for a recall. A couple of weeks later, I received a text that the part was in. We drove all the way to Union City only to find out that the text was sent in error. It was two months later, when I finally got someone on the phone only to find out that the part had been there the entire time. Once the realization was made, Steven Hicks got me in that same weekend and within an hour or so, the part was replaced. Even though it took a couple of months to clear up the matter, I appreciate it the quick and thorough service to rectify the matter. More
