Had good service working with Jawon, my salesman. My issue is with the horrible service department. The vehicle I purchased needed brakes (didn't he squeaking until driving home). In hindsight, th My issue is with the horrible service department. The vehicle I purchased needed brakes (didn't he squeaking until driving home). In hindsight, this should've been a red flag! Who sells a 2021 BMW with bad brakes? The inadequate service department changed the brakes, but not the rotors. So, of course the brakes began to squeak again a few weeks later. I took my car to Firestone and learned the dealership changed the brakes and not the rotors. Now, they don't want to fix the rotors because it's been over 30 days. Please explain why it wasn't done right in the first place?!?! WARNING--DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS! More

I really enjoyed my experience with ALM Kia South. The car I saw online was no longer available, but Jerome came through for us. He was able to find a car on the lot that my daughter liked better th The car I saw online was no longer available, but Jerome came through for us.
