Went in for AC repair. They filled it with Freon and charged me $430. Freon all leaked out within two days. Took it back and they wanted to keep it for three days. Declined, brought it to another shop for a second opinion. Brought that estimate back to ALM south and they told me their work was guaranteed and if I left it and they could fix the problem my $430 would be rolled into the cost of further repair. Agreed to this and the kept it for two weeks. Got it back, Freon leaked out in two days again. Took it back again. They kept it for another two weeks. When they called me to come pick it up they said they found the leak and repairs would cost $3500. Plus the headlights did not work. I insisted they check the lights and went into the service bay to oversee the work. Two low level techs were discussing my car and didn’t realize I was the owner and were saying “he just gone have to wait”. They tried to throw me out of the service bay and threatened to call the police. I remained and got the service manager and the AC technician to show me the blown bulbs in my headlights. They refused to replace the bulbs, which were both working when I dropped the car off. Throughout the ordeal I had spoken to the dealership boss and the head of the company with zero effort from either one to help me get to the bottom of the issues. No one answers when you call and the managers voicemail always says mailbox full. This is a horrible dealership and no one should ever use their services or buy a car from them. The repairs needed were done by another shop in a day and a half and only cost me $1700. More
This was a bad experience my sales person Shaletta was bad she didn’t know nothing about cars. She told me that she was going to have them to Che l everything out on the car. She had the car half cleaned and it wasn’t no oil in the car l told her to have them to check the brakes she claim she did she didn’t l wouldn’t send anyone to this car lot they are not interested in making the customers happy and satisfied. And her boss Rodney is awful as well he always says l don’t work in that department very unprofessional l will not go back at all. Them two need to be fired for how they treat people. More

This morning I was just looking at the setup and the car was in idle. My little son who was in barefoot screamed when the accidentally touch the under the seat me tail rails. I’ve informed the dealership about this today 8/12/2023. When I searched in Internet I found the below blog. This is strange how Kia has still not fixed this danger safety issue? I’m sure this is not easy to notice unless someone with barefoot tries to touch the rails. Please take this to Kia seriously and have a recall open. This is really danger. When I touched and checked every where the rails were hot under the middle sit not the far side ones. The service center no one picks up the phone. I was able to speak another sales person they all assured someone will call me back. It never happened. The after sales service is WORST. Marc was very gracious and helped us through the paperwork just fine. The dealer was gracious in when I changed my mind at the last minute due to not understanding the different towing capacities. My one suggestion would be that if a customer has a specific issue that is a deciding point, they would say, "Let's look and see what the manual says about that" instead of letting me search through the internet.
