When you have two different opinions, you defer to the contracts you signed prior to arriving at the dealership. The contracts clearly stated the cancelation policy. Therefore you knew the policy before you signed. As I stated in my email yesterday I am not blaming anyone I am stating the factual information. The right thing is to follow the contracts cancelation policy, which we are doing.

I saw the policy but your finance manager plainly told me SEVERAL times that the information in the contract was not correct when I asked and even offered to show me proof of other customers who had did it. He does this several times a day so who would think that he he didn't know what he was talking about. Apparently, he was that hard up for whatever little commission he made off the sale of the products that he felt the need to lie. Actually, you are not stating factual information. Like I have previously informed you of, I signed based off of the lies of the initial finance manager. I didn't get a second opinion until after the contract was signed. Don't make it seem like I received 2 different opinions prior to signing. The factual information is that both opinions included the fact that I wouldn't have to pay cancellation fees. The only thing they differed in was who paid them and neither said that person was me. The right thing to do would be to be a person of integrity and honor what I was told. I deal with criminals everyday but I didn't think I would be dealing with several while simply trying to purchase a vehicle. It is what it is though because if it was that serious to deceive a customer; apparently you all need the $350 more than I do.

The written contract is what we or anyone goes by. Our people deny making any statements to you, just like you are stating they made statements to you. This is why I have stated repeatedly we are adhering to the contracts. You want to make this issue personal, it is not personal at all simply a statement of fact.

Well if your people deny making those statements then it confirms that you have a bunch of liars in your finance department. Not only did Mr. Carballo make the statements on Saturday, he made them on Tuesday while still pressuring me to keep the products after I requested cancellation. Like I said in my previous response, at this point it is what it is. It’s not personal at all but just like most people, I don’t appreciate being lied to. Have a great day, Mr. Howell.
