Straight-forward experience with this dealership and the salesperson, Keneil Downer. I was already "sold" on the car I wanted but was looking for a fair deal in the current market where dealer markups have salesperson, Keneil Downer. I was already "sold" on the car I wanted but was looking for a fair deal in the current market where dealer markups have become common. I was direct with what I was looking for and Keneil quickly got back to me on the answer - it took minutes. No back and forth haggling, or misleading promises, etc. that I've experienced at many local dealerships for the same car. Based on my interaction with Keneil I was confident enough to fly in from out of state to purchase and drive my new car home. Purchased a car and had to wait a week to get it. Then when I finally went to pick up, the screen wasn’t working, the back up camera was hanging off and it look like someone backed into something. No one would answer the phone and tell me anything. When I finally got a hold of someone they told me Monday I didn’t get my car until the following Friday. Also I called to express my concern and Kedarius peoples and he decided he was going to hang up on me. Do not go here and I will never be returning. More

Very disappointed. Went for a recall and an early oil change. Recall was done fine. Oil change was a disaster. They drained the oil and forgot to refill it. One of the worst sales experience I've ever had with a dealership. Requested links to inventory for a Sportage Hybrid with a sunroof. That take about 2 days to respond. Then they send me links to vehicle dealership. Requested links to inventory for a Sportage Hybrid with a sunroof. That take about 2 days to respond. Then they send me links to vehicle with no sunroof. Again, days to respond. They send me a link to a vehicle with a sunroof. Sorry, it's been sold. And on an on over a period of weeks. We end up with a check in to see if I'm still interested. They send me a link for a vehicle with no sunroof again. Then I tell them not to contact me again until they can send find a vehicle with a sunroof. then I get a response saying I've been disrespectful. Seriously??? More
