I like the fact that a vehicle can be returned with in 5 business days. I brought my QX80 back in 3 days because I was experiencing some issues with it. The communication is terrible, ALM had the vehicle from May 17-June 13. Almost a whole month. Someone had been joyriding in it, it had 66,790 miles on it when I purchased it, but when I came to pick it up it had 67, 112 miles on it, and someone in the parts department lost one of the key fobs. I’m waiting for Armani to let me know when the key fob is ready for me to pick up. I asked for a copy of the Car Fax, he told me that I will have to go online and pay 40 dollars to get a copy, because the one he printed the day of purchase was thrown away. My son wants to buy a vehicle from ALM but he has changed his mind due to the things I’m experiencing. I would love to speak to someone if possible about the things I wrote on here. My car wasn't cleaned when I picked it up, they left tape marks in multiple places, plus they didn't put my engine cover back on my engine which I didn't for 3 days when I popped my hood. Don't even know where to start, I was exposed to all possible used car salesmen tricks, lost several thousands dollars on this purchase. They had car sitting for 1 full week before diagnostic was done. Paris stated she forgot to check the drop box. And vehicle was there for the exact same thing 30 days before. None of that mattered. They act like they hate their customers. Paris called me on a Thursday and told me to pick up the vehicle. I get a friend to drop me off...the vehicle was not ready. I had to come back the following week. Steve offered me 51.26 for my Lyft.I never received the reimbursement. They have horrible customer sevice. I have never experienced anything like this dealership. More

Salesman Tacked a $2k warrantee normally used on used cars on to my new vehicle purchase. Didnt tell me. And i didnt notice. Shame on me.
