Salesman Tacked a $2k warrantee normally used on used cars on to my new vehicle purchase. Didnt tell me. And i didnt notice. Shame on me. But no reason to push that warantee on a new car and not tell t cars on to my new vehicle purchase. Didnt tell me. And i didnt notice. Shame on me. They pulled a bait & switch… Added money to the contract & said they had the wrong VIN # something most customers usually don’t even think about. When they realized they were charging me less for a differe & said they had the wrong VIN # something most customers usually don’t even think about. When they realized they were charging me less for a different car they tried to quietly switch the paperwork in hopes I wouldn’t notice, when I did & asked why didn’t they call to explain the era, they became hostile. I did NOT buy the car bc I didn’t want to deal with a company with horrible customer service & zero integrity!!! Had they called to explain the situation I would’ve purchased. More
