The salesperson, Jeremiah Bivens, was very helpful during the purchase process, but it seems that the service department did not follow through on important issues. We were assured the tobacco smoke odor would be removed from the car interior but it was not; two tires were seriously underinflated and none of the tires had valve caps; the car was almost on empty when we started driving it from the dealership. These kinds of service lapses should not be occurring if a dealership wants to maintain a stellar reputation. It would give most people reservations about the level of service they would receive for a serious issue with their vehicle. More

Service sucks, no communication or accountability. Booked a service a day before the appointment for 2 recalls on a vehicle that is a rental. I get there, and make sure to add oil change since I’m already driving so far and this is the dealership I purchased the car from. I am also looking at other vehicles to buy same day. They take my vehicle back to service, I wait in lobby for about a hour+. They comder and no timetable… The only excuse/reason given was “status could have changed this morning”… that’s a slap in the face, Why wasn’t I called and notified if that was the case?? Why did y’all proceed with the oil change knowing that the recall was my main appointment reason and this is a rental vehicle and that the oil change is useless if the vehicle can’t be used. Just to take my money? No accountability at all. After purchasing my vehicle here, getting many oil changes and services over the years, not sure if this business will ever get our money again. **Update, another local Kia dealership (Jim Ellis) was able to order the recall parts, set appointment, give timetable, and complete service. In ADDITION TO THAT, they stated that my OIL IS ALREADY LOW(ALM Kia south did oil change JUST LAST WEEK).. Highly, highly disappointed. Felt that they just took my money More

I told myself that whenever I was ready to get another car I would go back to her because she made me feel like family. I do a lot on my own and I rarely have help so I love the fact that she is so welcoming and honest about the whole car buying/financing process. She takes the time out to assess my personality and matches it to the perfect car that suits me and my lifestyle. She's greatly appreciated! Also all the team members are very positive and welcoming. I know that it's a sales job but everyone is so supportive of one another. I was the last one to leave the dealership and we all were tired and ready to go home but they still managed to clap for me. That type of dedication to customer satisfaction is unlike anything I have ever experienced. And I also want to thank Shalique Carballo for his patience when it came to finalizing everything and there is another gentleman there, I forgot his name but he was very welcoming, shook my hand, greeted everyone and continued to check in on me throughout the process.
