Normally I would give them a 4 star rating, unfortunately this last service visit was a long and frustrating experience. End the end the repairs were made and I am happy to have my car back. I will state that when I was able to speak with the Service Manager that the car repair experience did turn around and he was very helpful in getting the job done and getting my car back to me in a timely manner after our 1st conversation. This was our third vehicle purchased with the wonderful help from Kedarius Peoples in the past year. Kedarius arranged for his brother, Marcus Peoples, to help with our last purchase when I was unable to make the set meet up time to see the vehicle and test drive it. Marcus did a great job showing me the vehicle on the lot and taking it for a test drive. Kedarius was communicating with me during this time making sure all my questions were answered. He made the process of buying and trading in our other vehicle a smooth, easy process. Kedarius was on top of everything throughout the whole process and even after handing me the keys. I have spoken to him in regards to vehicle questions and he continues to be just as responsive and helpful! Tony Johnson was very helpful and patient throughout the process of buying via electronically with all the paperwork. Never did I feel pressured, or rushed into purchasing a vehicle.
