Michelle, who handles internet inquires, contacted me promptly after I showed interest online about the vehicle. She made sure I had an appointment with the dealership at my convenience and confirmed with the me the day I purchased the SUV. Michelle made the sale with her courteous and exemplary customer service. Ramazhan, the front desk salesman, met me at the door and provided genuine help at the dealership's onsite location. He was very helpful and considerate, allowing for a fantastic experience that confirmed the deal. Ramazhan gave me his full attention throughout the experience. After a slightly rocky start, Keith, Victor and Kevin went well beyond my expectations to make sure I was a satisfied customer and did everything within their power to get me the right car at an excellent price. The service manager Jeff, assisted a great deal in making sure any concerns I had we full addressed in a very quick manner and at no cost. These guys made this one of the best experiences I've had in purchasing a car and I will definitely be checking their dealership for my next vehicle.
