Aaron Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

I have responded to previous text requests already. Service department is horrible. It took 6 weeks to fix my air conditioner. I had to call them and even go to the shop for updates. I got a text when it was done. We purchased this truck when it was Browning Dodge and ever since it became Aaron the sevice has gone completely downhill. When I shared on social media asking if others in our town have had any issues, I was shocked how many people replied. I have a lifetime warranty on my truck and that's why I brought it in. I have another issue that I wanted to have looked at for warranty and was told it could take months and I would have to leave my truck there so I was told to just do the AC. I cant afford to leave my truck there for months at a time. The attitude of the staff was "It's the way it is. We are short staffed." More

Our service appt. was great. The service manager “Donavon” & our service advisor “Max” are always professional & courteous to work with. They do what it takes to get was great. Overall, the dealership did what they do. However, the wait time in the service driveway is deplorable. There were work trucks left sitting in the service line with no one taking them away. The service advisor wasn’t the friendliest person to deal with. I waited for the vehicle for an oil change and it took about 1 1/2 hours. So not bad but that was without a wash. This time they did not wash it along with not checking my tire pressures cause I had to put some air in after the service. They also missed resetting the oil change reminder. Ever since they changed from browning dodge it has been going down hill on the service side. I have been bringing my 2 vehicles there for years and I believe it’s time to scout out a closer dealership since there’s 2 closer ones but always have gone there. More
