I bought a new 2023 ram 1500 a couple months ago and the fuel gauge is way off made an appointment towed a car so I could get home but the service writer wouldn’t write a work order he said it didn’t have a fuel gauge is way off made an appointment towed a car so I could get home but the service writer wouldn’t write a work order he said it didn’t have a code or engine light so the gauge saying empty with 8 gallons left in a 26 gallon tank is normal so after paying 60K on a new truck and getting zero service from an service department I wouldn’t do business here and sorry I bought my truck from them More

I’m speaking on the service dept only, last time I bought a car there and dealt with sales was two years ago, which was fine. This review was on the service department and specifically Lorena. She gave us a text number should we have any questions at the beginning of the transaction. Never once did she respond to our numerous inquiries about status of our vehicle. Numerous calls to her took us to her voicemail. Once we did get ahold of her and she had this odd reaction to our update question as to what we’re asking was odd or not relevant. Maybe it’s her off putting style that doesn’t connect to customer service expectations. We finally sent an email in to a representative and she miraculously called us and told us the car was ready for pick up. Our recommendation is she does not work in service. Should we have to bring the car in in the future we will make sure she is not our representative again. More
The WORST service department I have ever been to. Service advisor had an attitude with me, told me she needed authorization which could takeup to a week, when no authorization was needed. I then contacted another dealer they said they would take care of me right away. Then I even got an attitude from the cashier. I then completed a survey. But no follow up to try to fix the problem. This new company just took over the dealer, sad that no one cares no more about the customer. I will let everyone that I come in contact with know about my very bad experience More
Aaron Chrysler is the ONLY dealership I go to when I need service for all my Chrysler vehicles. My family has 3... we work with Max there and he's always the best! I live all the way in Redlands, but drive a service for all my Chrysler vehicles. My family has 3... we work with Max there and he's always the best! I live all the way in Redlands, but drive all the way to Norco to have my vehicles serviced there. I appreciate Max because when I have a warranty issue, he fights to make sure we get things handled without any issue. When there's a recall, he makes sure that they're handled appropriately. And when I get the bill, they are always looking out for me so I don't wind up paying more than I should. I truly thank the team at Aaron Chrysler, and I will be going back there for years to come! Service dept needs to learn customer service. Went in for an appointment on a Friday morning for warranty work, service writer was super rude, short and not helpful. When asked why we make an appointment she said that’s the way it is, do you need a rental. Only helpful thing she offered. No word from service writer until Wednesday afternoon stating vehicle is done come pick it up. Husband goes to pick it up asking what was completed she said it’s on there. When asked if they flushed the radiator she stated yes but the paperwork shows they emptied the reservoir and replaced fluid but the rust was still around the top of reservoir. She stated you can keep the rental car and leave it here but the technician won’t be back until next week. She handed my husband his keys and said the cars over there he can go get it. WOW!! Talk about horrible customer service. More
