Jose Garcia was my service writer, nothing covered, just tried to milk me for repairs he said not covered, don’t go here, find yourself a respectable mechanic, this place is a ripoff!! More
Customer service needs help bad. I only go there for the oil changes. They have the best prices for diesel oil changes. The people are very nice. Here is the funny part. I get there and no waited for a arvo e adviser for 35 minutes to help this morning. I stared at one sitting in his office for about 20 minutes. It seemed there was another one working while he stood around. Than he finally decided to help me. He asked if I get my service done there. I said yes. I asked is there anything that shows I need to get done on the truck other than the oil change. I ASSUMED he was looking up my records. He ignored me handed my paperwork and said my vehicle will be done before 5:00 p.m. He said no attempt to sale my any service. Funny I thought that was there job. I pick up the vehicle and he handed me the keys and said it was all nice and shiny for the weekend. I walked over and was laughing about how dirty the vehicle was. I asked him if they really washed it. He looked out if his office and said yes you can see the tire dressing. I said maybe you should come over to the vehicle and look at it. I would think it would be embarrassing if someone made a comment like how poor it was done. He really did not want to get out of his office and look. So I made him anyways. I also notice after I got in the truck and pulled out I stopped and read my paperwork. It said I needed a bulbfor my third break light. Wow that would have been nice to know before I picked the truck up so they can replace it. I also noticed the sticker on my window for the next oil change. It was the mileage of when I purchased the truck used and not when it was the next time to service it. This last time I went in for service they tried to stick me forma $4500 repair that even the service writer felt uncomfortable with knowing it was a b.s. quote from the tech for a part that needed to be replaced for a couple of hundred dollers. I would stop going but, they do have the best prices for oil changes on my truck. Everything else is a joke. More

Service advisor Doesn't Listen. Took in my Dodge Caravan for service, due it not always starting. They hooked up to computer said no problem with Caravan. It didn't always start right away. So I high recommendation not going some place that doesn't listen to you .I took to Miss. Brothers in Riverside they heard what I said and seam to have some ideas of what the problem might be. More
