Mike from Service is a fraud and a liar. Mike the Service Manager is unprofessional and rude. He treats customers with service concerns like children. If you find him in the wrong, he will Mike the Service Manager is unprofessional and rude. He treats customers with service concerns like children. If you find him in the wrong, he will lie and manipulate vehicles to make himself right. He has no remorse for his actions and will lie to his superiors to make the customer out to be a joke. Been to dealerships for service many times, first time at this location and will never be back and will tell everyone about my interactions with Mike. Even his service porter had to apologize for his complete disregard for the truth. When employees are apologizing for you actions, this is a sign that there is an issue that needs to be dealt with, not pushed aside. More
i bought a used car here a month ago exactly. i have had to get my car jump started 2 times this week because the battery they put in my car is BAD. i assumed (wrongly i might add) that when you buy a car to get my car jump started 2 times this week because the battery they put in my car is BAD. i assumed (wrongly i might add) that when you buy a car that everything should be in great working condition. a car batteries life span is between 2-5 years. i assumed that i wouldnt have to replace the battery for at least 1 year. 30 days is all that the battery lasted. this is unacceptable, it should not happen. i called the dealership to let them know about the problem they said come right in we'll take care of you. i get there, and i sit in my car with the radio on recreating the problem for less that 20 minutes while they get someone from service to come out and greet me ( it shouldnt take that long for you to greet a customer who comes in to the service area, but you have sales jumping on you as soon as you enter the lot). i spoke to a service person who told me i would have to pay 50% of a battery which would come out to $108. 1) i can buy at battery anywhere at that price. 2) i shouldnt have to pay to replace the battery after only 30 days of having the thing. when i got home, i called the used car manager and he basically reiterated the same thing as the service and that they "test" all car batteries to make sure that they "work". if the battery was in good working condition it would NOT go bad in a month. i believe they left a faulty battery in the car when they sold it to me (i would not have discovered it if i had not sat in my car with the radio on for less than 20 minutes.) i feel like i have been deceived and completely ripped off. i let the used car manager know that, he responded by basically telling me that it was my problem since it was my car. i honestly wish that i had taken my business elsewhere. this is no way to treat a customer. I gave a mostly bad rating because I brought in my car in the afternoon. I was expecting some communication before the end of the day, and when I called Kim was already gone. I called in the morning and she the afternoon. I was expecting some communication before the end of the day, and when I called Kim was already gone. I called in the morning and she had no idea if my car had even been looked at. An hour and a half later she called and gave me an estimate for over $800 to install parts that cost $150, I oked the $29 part and she said that it would be ready in a half hour. I've checked around and no one else wants to charge more than $350 for the other needed repair. As it was, to get my car back I had to pay $229 for a gas cap. I feel raped. The other $200 is just for looking at it. I was under the impression that the already exhorbitant diagnosic fee would go towards the total repair including the parts and not adding the parts on top of it. More
Kim which is who I left the car with was very friendly and nice. She tried to help me as much as she could. My jeep had quit running because of a Crank Sensor. The price at other dealerships (just the par and nice. She tried to help me as much as she could. My jeep had quit running because of a Crank Sensor. The price at other dealerships (just the part) was cheaper and they matched the price for the part, still the total come out to $468 (including taxes/etc) which is way to much to replace a sensor and reset the computer. When Kim was not there and the car was empty on gas when I had left it with 3/8ths a tank in it. The interior was dirtier than when I left it and it just felt like the service was non personal and non caring. Another issue I had was my broken front seat was even more damaged when i came to pick it up. Overall I feel over charged and under valued as a customer. I don't think I received good enough service for the price. I knew from the moment I walked into the moment I picked up the car I was just a dollar sign. More
I have never seen such a horribly managed service department as I saw here. They seemed completely uninterested in performing warranty repairs to my car, saying they "could not duplicate" my concerns department as I saw here. They seemed completely uninterested in performing warranty repairs to my car, saying they "could not duplicate" my concerns after I demonstrated the problems right in front of them! They even tried blaming me for clunks in the suspension and a noisy window regulator! Alan Megard lied to me, saying they had fixed my window, but when I picked up my car, the window was exactly the same, and on the repair invoice it said "could not duplicate". Also, Mr. Megard seemed annoyed and bothered whenever I called to check the status on my car, constantly interrupting me to talk with other people. My car was dirtier than when I brought it in, and had 20 more miles on it. The mileage wouldn't have bothered me if they had actually fixed something, but they had not. I would not recommend this dealership even in an emergency situation. It's worth having your car towed someplace else, even if it is farther away. More
