This was my 80th service, (I have a 2008 Caliber with 423706 miles on it). I've always been treated well. When first arrived service tech told me he had the fob but no key blank for the fob. Parts guy told me he had received both. Service guy went to parts and asked. Then came back and said that they had but no key blank for the fob. Parts guy told me he had received both. Service guy went to parts and asked. Then came back and said that they had the blank some where. Was told 30 minutes. Waited 5 hours. Work was not completed. Poor service! Was the same when I bought the vehicle. I was told max one week if the fob the arrive. Called to ask about the status of the fob after a month of not receiving a p phone call. Got hung up on three times, and transferred four times. I finally got through to Chad in parts who was extremely helpful. He checked on the status of the fob and found that it had never been ordered. He ordered the parts and was able to get it within a couple of days. Good job Chad! Wish I would have gone elsewhere for the purchase of the truck. Still waiting to hear from the service department as to when they can have the fob programmed for me. This means another trip from Hemet (1-1/2 hour drive + fuel). More

There was a sensor part missing on my ford 150 truck for my trailer hook up that I did not notice until a month later. I was promised a call back by a manager twice, with no answer. To add to that, it took two days to get an oil change even with a appointment because they did not have the filter, and would not order until i came to verify the appointment which took four hours!
