Aaron Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

I went to dealership received my oil change which came with multi point inspection which I never received a report of. I took my vehicle in before the 60 thousand miles for a reason before my warranty exp with multi point inspection which I never received a report of. I took my vehicle in before the 60 thousand miles for a reason before my warranty expires for the power train. I call and email even texted but never received my report. Each time they kept saying they will have a manager send it. Maybe the multi point inspection was never done but I wish i could’ve been told that. I drive all the way to norco because i used to love going to this dealership but now maybe it’s a different management from the browning cdjr. I really hope they read this and I will finally get an answer. More
